Preparation
With Steamer:
- Prepare your steamer.
- Add 25g of Bombardino powder.
- Pour in 1.2 dl of milk.
- Ensure that only steam is coming out of the pipe by releasing all the water beforehand.
- Insert the pipe into the powder and milk mixture, leaving it inside until 2-3 seconds after it starts to boil to prevent any lumps.
- Wait for bubbles to form on the top – this indicates the density is just right.
Serving Suggestion
You can prepare Bombardino as a standalone hot drink, then pour it into a glass. For an extra kick, add 0.2 or 0.4 dl of your preferred alcohol, such as rum, amaretto, chocolate liqueur, or whiskey.
