Preparation
With a Steamer Pipe: You’ll need a steamer, 25g of hot chocolate powder for the Classic flavor (or 28g for all other flavors), and 1 – 1.2 dl of milk with 2.8% fat. Ensure only steam is coming from the pipe by releasing any water. Insert the pipe into the powder and milk mixture, allowing it to stay inside until 2-3 seconds after boiling begins to prevent lumps.
With a Stove: Mix the powder with milk and bring it to a boil while stirring continuously. Ensure it reaches a thick consistency by boiling long enough.
