Big pineapple cake 8 slices
- 300 gr Grounded Lane biscuit (150+150)
- 150 ml Yoghurt Plus
- 0,5-1 dl pineapple juice
- 1 spoon Sorbetto green apple
- 12 pieces of whole Lane biscuit
- 0,5 dl TopTopping strawberry
- 8 circle of pineapple

Making: 12 pieces whole Lane biscuit should be soaked into pineapple juice, and put them onto the salver. Dollop: 300 gr grounded biscuit + 150 ml Yoghurt Plus + 1 spoon powdered sugar +1 spoon Sorbetto green apple + 0,5-1 dl pineapple juice. Stir it, till it is enough creamy. Fill it onto the biscuit. Lengthwise make two grooves into the dollop, fill them with Top Toppping Strawberry. Cover the whole cake with cream. Decorate it with the pineapple circles, and take the sour-cherries in the middle of the circle. Put it into the fridge.
